Exhortation
“REIGN” was written at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, followed by many other songs that are yet to be released. I was inspired to write this song through Scripture and reflection. Why? Because the Bible tells us that we are seated together with Christ Jesus in heavenly places, far above principalities and powers (cf. Ephesians 2:6; Ephesians 1:20–21). If this is our position in Christ, should we not also reign with Him?
Therefore, the call is clear: we must put on the whole armor of God, stand firm against spiritual opposition, and live from our heavenly position of victory (cf. Ephesians 6:11–13). In Christ, we are not merely surviving—we are called to reign.
